The author, Commodore Sunny Emman Akintomide Olamilokun is a retired Nigerian Navy officer and the Chairman of Grandaffairs Group. He is a consultant on Education, ICT, Management and Publishing. Commodore SEA Olamilokun was the Director of Naval Education from Jan 2004 to Jun 2008. He was the Chief Instructor of the Armed Forces Command and Staff College Jaji Nigeria from Jul 2001 to Jul 2002. He was the pioneer Commandant of Nigerian Navy Secondary School Abeokuta (Nov 1990 to Jul 1993).
